Purchase Executive

PURCHASE EXECUTIVE

1. BSC Graduate with 5-6 years’ experience in Purchase of dyes, chemicals, general items, spares etc (Mumbai based). In-depth knowledge of yarn types, qualities, and market trends

2. Understanding of PR/ Indents and specification and also Discuss about the new requirement with higher authority/Management

3. Responsible for sourcing, vendor development, negotiation, order placement till material delivery at site

4. Working as end user on SAP for Purchase Order Creation for Suppliers

5. Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation

6. Co-ordinate with suppliers for timely delivery.

7. Follow-up with Factory stores for GRN of the received materials.

8. Verifying GRN, invoice and forwarding to account department for releasing payment.

9. Maintain record of purchase orders, invoices, payments and related documents.

10. Daily report to HOD and Management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
