Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure electrical materials such as cables, panels, switchgears, transformers, lighting, and accessories
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers
• Prepare and issue RFQs, compare quotations, and negotiate prices and delivery terms
• Create and process purchase orders as per approved requirements
• Ensure materials meet technical specifications, quality standards, and project needs
• Coordinate with engineering, projects, stores, and finance departments
• Track order status, deliveries, and resolve supply-related issues
• Maintain purchase records, vendor data, and documentation
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
• Support cost-saving initiatives and vendor performance evaluations
• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in electrical procurement or purchasing

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
