- Source and procure mechanical and electrical materials, equipment, and services in line with project requirements
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing
- Prepare and process purchase orders, comparative statements, and vendor evaluations
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to meet project schedules
- Maintain strong coordination with engineering, project, and store teams
- Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases accordingly
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards
- Develop and maintain a reliable vendor database for mechanical and electrical components
- Track market trends, pricing, and new products in mechanical and electrical domains
- Handle rate negotiations, contract finalization, and payment follow-ups
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts
- Resolve supplier-related issues such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all procurement activities
- Optimize procurement costs without compromising quality or timelines
- Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and procedures
