Purchase Executive

1. Understanding the purchase requirements

- Get the material from various suppliers

- Book porters / vehicles & tracking the same

- Make transportation payments

- Make Porter payments & Transportation Payments on a daily basis site wise

- Get the samples & submit at office / sites / clients / architects

- Personally visit the vendor / suppliers for work process / progress

- Materials & its quality tracking at the site

- Ensure entry of materials with DCs

- Get the bills / DCs / Invoices from the sites duly done with gate entries & customer signatures

2. Monthly Reports - Site Consumption reports

- Porter payment tracking

- Transportation payment tracking

- Scrap sales & payment tracking

3. Sites visits and attending project review meetings

4. All the required filings & files to be maintained

5. Our Vehicle – maintenance / expenses / tracking

Education: Mechanical engineering with 2-5 Yrs of Experience

Salary: 18,000/- or Based on Performance & Current salary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Experience:

• Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
