Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive with a background in railway construction and engineering projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience handling work orders, vendor coordination, and procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end procurement activities for railway construction and engineering projects

Prepare, issue, and manage work orders

Source and evaluate vendors/suppliers and negotiate pricing and terms

Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project/site teams

Compare quotations and prepare purchase reports

Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards

Maintain proper purchase records and documentation
