Project-Wise Procurement: Oversee the procurement process for all projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of necessary materials and equipment. • Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with a diverse list of vendors, negotiating terms and conditions to secure the best deals. • Quotation Management: Solicit and evaluate multiple quotes from vendors to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality materials. • Cost Minimization: Implement strategies to reduce project costs without compromising on quality or timelines. • Purchase Orders: Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with project requirements and company policies. • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet project demands and avoid delays. • Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant regulations, company policies, and ethical standards. • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions, including contracts, purchase orders, and correspondence with vendors. • Budget Management: Work closely with the finance team to manage project budgets, track expenditures, and forecast future procurement needs. • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on received goods to ensure they meet the required specifications and standards.
