Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to join our team at the Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate should have a background in procurement or purchasing, preferably with 2–4 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, order follow-ups, and delivery updates
• Liaise effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operations
• Handle email communication with vendors and internal teams professionally
• Support the Purchase Manager in day-to-day procurement activities
• Ensure timely documentation and record-keeping of all purchase-related data

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in a procurement or purchase role
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in vendor management and coordination

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
