Purchase Executive – Power Tools

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Purchase Executive specializing in Power Tools to manage procurement activities and supplier relationships. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of proven purchasing/procurement experience in the Gulf region, specifically in the power tools or industrial equipment sector. The role requires expertise in sourcing, vendor management, cost negotiation, and ensuring timely availability of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end procurement activities for power tools and related equipment.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers across the Gulf region and internationally.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and product availability to optimize procurement strategy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Gulf region regulations for purchasing and imports.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment of stock.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery timelines, and pricing.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on product quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in the Gulf region (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of power tools, industrial equipment, or related products.
• Proven ability in vendor development, cost negotiation, and supplier management.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications.
• Valid UAE/GCC driving license (preferred).
• Fluency in English (Arabic knowledge is an added advantage).
