Purchase Executive with UAE experience

Door manufacturing company based in Sharjah Airport Free Zone (SAIF Zone) is looking to hire a purchase executive with UAE work experience. Strong English communication skills are a must. Purchase experience in door manufacturing a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely action on purchase requisitions.

• Negotiate and close deals with optimal price and terms.

• Seek out and partner with reliable vendors.

• Update and manage approved vendors list as per ISO9001 QMS.

• Regular reporting and open communication with manager.

Requirements:

• Strong English written and oral communication skills.

• 2 years purchasing experience minimum.

• Experience with Epicor ERP software or similar ERP software.

• Strong understanding of unit conversion between metric and imperial.

• Purchase experience in manufacturing industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

• Purchasing Work: 2 years (Required)
• Purchasing for 'Manufacturing Industry' in UAE work: 2 years (Preferred)
• working with ERP software for Purchase: 1 year (Preferred)
