Business Development Manager - Construction Industry

Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to bring in new clients and opportunities for our engineering consultancy in Sharjah. This is a performance-based role with no base salary. Your role is to leverage your network and connections to introduce potential clients or secure new projects.

This role is best suited for someone confident in their ability to deliver results and motivated by uncapped earning potential. The commission structure is highly competitive, and there is no limit to how much you can earn.

Responsibilities

  • Bring or secure new clients and opportunities in engineering consultancy and construction (villas, warehouses, commercial developments, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and contractors.
  • Facilitate introductions to your contacts.
  • Provide updates on business activities and opportunities you have generated.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within construction, engineering, or real estate in Sharjah.
  • Strong existing connections and network in the Sharjah market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and target-oriented.
  • Fluency in Arabic is preferred.

Compensation

  • Commission-only role – no base salary.
