Arpan Engineering Corporation is an engineering firm located in Vile Parle, Mumbai. We are manufacturers of industrial valves and suppliers of Pipes and pipefittings. We are authorized dealers of reputed manufacturers of steam engineering products. Our customer include Chemical, Pharmaceutical, F&B, textile and oil & gas industries.

Purchase Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Request for Quotations from different vendors , make comparative reports and issue purchase orders.

2. Prepare Quotations in Excel and co-ordinate with clients for enquiry status.

3. Follow-up with Vendors for material delivery status.

4. Co-ordinate with Logistics & Transporters for material status.

5. Payment Follow-up.

6. Knowledge of Tally ERP 9 will be preferred.

7. Sales entries, Purchase entries, Purchase Orders , Sales Order booking and Banking Entry in Tally.

Software : Good proficiency MS Office, MS Excel , Tally ERP 9

Good oral and written Communication skills in English.

Salary : 15,000 to 30,000 INR per month

Office Hours : 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (Monday to Saturday )

Weekly Off : Sunday.

Location : Vile Parle East, 3 mins walk from railway station.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

• total work: 2 years (Preferred)
• Purchasing Executives & Buyers: 2 years (Preferred)
