Salary - 35k - 50k

Qualification - Any Graduate

Experience - 5 -8yrs

• Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Maintain good relationships and negotiate terms (price, delivery, payment).
• Keep an updated vendor database.
• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) accurately.
• Ensure all procurement records are well-documented and properly filed.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Request and compare quotations from suppliers.
• Negotiate the best prices and payment terms.
• Evaluate cost-saving opportunities.
• Work closely with the inventory or warehouse team to ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Avoid overstocking or stockouts.
• Stay updated on market trends, material availability, and price fluctuations.
• Suggest alternatives for cost-effective sourcing.
• Ensure all purchases meet company policies, quality standards, and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with the quality control team for goods inspection.
• Liaise with other departments (accounts, operations, production) to understand requirements.
• Resolve delivery issues, discrepancies, or delays.
• Prepare regular reports on purchases, costs, and supplier performance.
• Assist in budgeting and cost analysis.
