Job Title: Purchase Manager

Location: Bani Park, Jaipur
Department: Procurement / Purchase
Reporting To: MD the Company
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: up to 50k/ As per company standard

Qualification & Experience:

• Education: B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or B.Sc (Physics /Mathematics).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in purchase/procurement, preferably in pump or Electrical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement of mechanical and electrical components.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for quality, cost, and timely delivery.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels in coordination with Team and stores.
• Track purchase budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Handle documentation including POs, supplier records, and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Resolve supply issues and manage vendor performance.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of pumps/Electrical components.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good understanding of technical specifications and quality standards.
• Effective communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree B.E/B.Tech, or B.Sc Science/Physics/Mathematics
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Age Criteria: 23–45 years.
