Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Purchase Manager to oversee the procurement of beauty and cosmetic products, raw materials, and packaging essentials. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, supplier relationship management experience, and a deep understanding of the beauty industry's supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement & Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with
• suppliers for raw materials, finished goods, and packaging.
• Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels to ensure smooth production
• and sales operations.
• Cost Optimization: Strategically manage procurement budgets, ensuring costeffective purchasing while maintaining quality.
• Quality Control: Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure products
• meet industry standards and regulatory compliance.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments (production,
• sales, and marketing) to ensure timely procurement and stock availability.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and new
• product innovations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities align with legal, ethical,
• and sustainability standards in the beauty industry.
• Supplier Performance Evaluation: Monitor supplier performance and develop
• strategies for supplier improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a
• related field.
• Proven experience in purchasing or procurement in the beauty, cosmetics, or personal
• care industry.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of beauty product formulations, raw materials, and packaging trends.
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple suppliers and orders
• simultaneously.
