We are looking for a responsible and experienced Purchase Manager to independently manage all procurement activities of the company from our office in Okhla Phase 2. This role requires a proactive professional who can handle the complete purchase cycle — from identifying suppliers and negotiating prices to ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining procurement records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently handle all company purchasing operations.
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
  • Request and analyze quotations; negotiate prices, quality, and terms.
  • Issue purchase orders and track order status to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain inventory levels by coordinating closely with warehouse or operations.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Handle invoice verification and coordinate with accounts for payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new product developments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing (preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or construction).
  • Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of ERP or procurement software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
