Purchase Manager---Beauty products

Location: Alwarpet, Chennai (Work from Office)

Experience: 8 years till 14years ONLY.

Segment: Beauty Products/Cosmetics Manufacturer with 25 years plus Industry presence

Position: Manager - SCM

Reporting to: Director (Sourcing & Logistics)

Requirements:

· Graduate

· · Excellent communication in English. Spoken Hindi will be an added advantage

· Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and logistics.

· Good analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

· Proficiency in ERP/SAP and MS Office tools.

· Good leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

· Manage and optimize the supply chain process from procurement to delivery.

· Develop and implement effective sourcing, inventory, and logistics strategies.

· Ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished goods.

· Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.

· Oversee warehouse management and distribution activities.

· Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

· Coordinate with production, sales, and finance teams for smooth operations.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
