PURCHASE MANAGER-HOTEL INDUSTRY

We are seeking a skilled Purchase Manager to handle hotel procurement operations, vendor management, and cost-effective sourcing.

Responsibilities:

• Source & negotiate with vendors for hotel supplies
• Monitor inventory & forecast department needs
• Ensure quality, timely delivery & cost control
• Maintain purchase records & supplier performance
• Collaborate with finance & operations on budgeting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Business Administration
• Proven experience in hotel procurement/supply chain
• Strong negotiation & vendor management skills
• Proficiency in inventory/procurement software
• Excellent communication & organizational skills
• Local candidates preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
