Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, from requisition to payment.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers to ensure quality and continuity of supply.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts to secure the best value for the organization.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams for timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular market analysis to keep abreast of price trends, new products, and industry developments.
- Ensure all procurement records, supplier contracts, and price lists are accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and other departments to align purchasing activities with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all procurement activities.
- Update clients on the status of their orders, ensuring timely communication and transparency throughout the process.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and vendor relations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
