ملخص الوظيفة:

سيكون مسؤول المبيعات مسؤولاً عن تحديد فرص المبيعات الجديدة، وبناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والحفاظ عليها، وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات بما يتماشى مع أهداف الشركة. يتطلب هذا الدور فهمًا قويًا للسوق، ومهارات تواصل ممتازة، ونهجًا استباقيًا لإتمام عملية المبيعات.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تحديد فرص العمل الجديدة والعملاء المحتملين.
• تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات لتعزيزنمو الأعمال وتوسيع السوق.
• إنشاء وبناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين.
• إجراء عروض المبيعات وعروض المنتجات للعملاء المحتملين.
• التفاوض على صفقات المبيعات وإتمامها وفقًا لسياسات الشركة.
• مراقبة أداء المبيعات، وإعداد التقارير الدورية.
• البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث اتجاهات الصناعة، وأنشطة المنافسين، وظروف السوق.
• التنسيق مع الإدارات الأخرى (على سبيل المثال، التسويق، وخدمة العملاء) لضمان التسليم السلس ورضا العملاء.
• حضور الاجتماعات والمؤتمرات والفعاليات الصناعية للتواصل والترويج لعروض الشركة.

المهارات والمؤهلات المطلوبة:

• الجنسية العربية فقط.
• يفضل خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في مجال مبيعات العطور.
• سجل حافل بتحقيق أهداف المبيعات وزيادة الإيرادات.
• مهارات في التواصل والتفاوض والقدرة على الإقناع.
• القدرة على بناء علاقات والحفاظ عليها مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة.
• تحفيز ذاتي، ودافع نحو الهدف، وموجه نحو النتائج.
• إتقان العمل على برامج Microsoft Office وCRM.
• التحدث باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثًا) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

المؤهلات المفضلة:

• خبرة في سوق الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
• المعرفة المسبقة بالمنتجات العطرية ذات صلة بالشركة.
• يفضل من يتمتع بشبكة قوية داخل مجتمع الأعمال في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

We are a leading organization in Perfume based in Dubai, offering innovative Aromatic products across the Emirates. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Officer (Arab Nationals Only) to join our growing team and help drive our business forward.

Job Summary:

The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in line with the company's objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of the market, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the designated region.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.

- Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.

- Negotiate and close sales deals in accordance with company policies.

- Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and monitor progress toward meeting targets.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

- Attend meetings, conferences, and industry events to network and promote the company’s offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Arab Nationality Only.

- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in perfume sales is preferred.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Speaking both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the UAE market.

- Knowledge of perfume products relevant to the company.

- Strong network within the UAE business community.
