Key Responsibilities:

  • Verifies purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list; clarifying unclear items; recommending alternatives.
  • Verify from store inventory before actual purchase of any item.
  • Comparing price/research in the market before purchase any item and get at least three quotations from supplier/vendor.
  • Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered.
  • Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents.
  • Provides purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trend.
  • Monitoring price increases and communicating changes as necessary.

Requirement:

  • Minimum Graduation
  • 4-5 Years as Purchaser
  • Quality checking Skill
  • Price negotiation skill
  • Quality Control Skill
  • Research strategies
  • Replace or warranty claim
