Purchase Officer

Pranav Doors & Windows is looking for Purchase Executive for Mohali location.

Job timings: 9:30am to 6:30pm

Experience: 2 years Mininum

Only For Females

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, products, and services.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost-effectiveness, reliability, and delivery time.
• Identifying and sourcing potential suppliers and negotiating contracts
• Ensure all purchases are made in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Track orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce procurement expenses.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their purchasing needs and provide timely solutions

Qualifications And Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• 1 to 2 years of work experience in procurement or purchasing role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and Gmail.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Looking for a Candidate, whose observation skill is commendable.
