Purchase Officer

Key Responsibility

• Source and purchase raw materials and packaging materials as per production requirements for color cosmetics.
• Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) and track order status.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, confirmations, and timely deliveries.
• Maintain vendor records and purchase documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid material shortages.
• Coordinate with production, stores, and QC teams for material planning and receipt.
• Handle in price comparison and basic cost analysis.
• Support smooth procurement operations for RM and PM.

Key skills and qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Supply Chain, or any relevant field.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in purchase/procurement.
• Experience in cosmetics, pharma, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.
• Basic knowledge of procurement or purchase processes.
• Good communication and vendor coordination skills.
• Good understanding of raw materials and packaging used in cosmetics.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
