PURCHASE OFFICER

(LOCAL HIRE ONLY - QATAR)

Location: Qatar (Local Hire)
Salary: QAR 4,500 – 5,000

Seaworks is looking for an experienced Buyer to support our marine and offshore operations by handling procurement activities, sourcing suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.

Requirements:

• Qatar Manual Driving License is mandatory
• Local candidate in Qatar is preferred
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a procurement or buying role
• Marine, Offshore, Oil & Gas, or technical purchasing experience preferred
• Knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing, and vendor management
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Diploma or Any degree

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day buying activities.
• Arranging the material from the local market and delivering the materials to
• the site/store
• Ensuring Quality and Quanity of material
• Negotiation of the cash purchase materials
• Arranging timely delivery
• Maintaining records of cheques, invoice and other supporting documents.
• Ensuring the reciptence of material from the store

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
