Purchase / Procurement Manager – F&B Experience is a Must

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee procurement of food & beverage items, equipment, and supplies.
• Identify and negotiate with reliable vendors to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
• Monitor stock levels and forecast future purchasing needs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and manage procurement budgets and reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Procurement Manager in the F&B industry.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost-control skills.
• Knowledge of UAE market and food safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
