Job Summary:
The Purchase & Store Executive will be responsible for managing procurement activities as well as overseeing store operations. The role involves maintaining accurate purchase and stock records, ensuring timely delivery of goods and materials, and monitoring inventory levels to support smooth factory operations. This position requires close coordination with managers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure efficient purchasing and proper inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

Purchasing & Procurement:

  • Assist in managing the purchase of stock, goods, and raw materials.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchase books and records.
  • Coordinate with managers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Support daily purchase-related activities in the factory.
  • Communicate and follow up with suppliers regarding prices, quality, and delivery terms.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and standards.

Store & Inventory Management:

  • Maintain stock records and update inventory data regularly.
  • Monitor and control stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Receive, verify, and store incoming materials and goods as per company guidelines.
  • Issue materials to departments based on requirements while keeping accurate records.
  • Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliation.
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of materials to maintain quality and minimize wastage.
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety standards in the store area.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or store/inventory management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer operations.
  • Strong organizational, record-keeping, and documentation skills.
  • Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of store procedures, stock handling, and material management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
