Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Purchase & Supply Chain Manager – Dry Stores with a strong background in F&B/QSR/Restaurant/FMCG. The role involves leading procurement, vendor management, inventory control, and logistics for dry goods and packaging materials, while managing a team and driving cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead procurement of dry store items (spices, grains, pulses, condiments, packaging).
  • Develop and manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts and pricing.
  • Oversee inventory planning, audits, ERP updates, and timely replenishment.
  • Streamline logistics and ensure on-time deliveries to outlets.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of supply chain executives/store staff.
  • Track KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

  • 5–7 years of proven experience in Purchase & Supply Chain for F&B/QSR/restaurant/FMCG sector.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with dry store procurement and inventory management.
  • Proficiency with systems and MS Excel.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
