Our client i s a global supplier of aseptic liquid packaging solutions , including packaging materials, caps, straws, and aseptic filling machinery. We operate across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa , delivering reliable B2B supply chain and packaging solutions.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Purchase & Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, imports, and end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in international sourcing, inventory planning, logistics coordination, and supplier negotiation .

This role is critical to ensuring timely material availability, cost optimization, and smooth supply chain flow across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Supplier Management

• Manage procurement of raw materials (PP, HDPE, masterbatch, caps, straws, etc.)
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international (China, Europe) and local suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms (LC, TT, Open Account)
  
  
  

Import & Logistics Operations

• Handle import processes, documentation, and customs coordination
• Work closely with freight forwarders and shipping lines
• Ensure smooth and cost-effective logistics and delivery operations
  
  
  

Inventory & Planning

• Monitor inventory levels and stock planning
• Ensure timely availability of materials for production and sales
• Reduce stock-outs and excess inventory risks
  
  
  

Supply Chain Management

• Plan and control end-to-end supply chain operations
• Coordinate with production, sales, and finance teams
• Optimize lead times, delivery schedules, and supply chain costs
  
  
  

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• On-time delivery rate
• Inventory turnover ratio
• Procurement cost savings
• Stock availability / stock-out rate
• Lead time reduction
  
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation
• Experience working with international suppliers
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in packaging, plastics, or manufacturing industry (B2B)
• Familiarity with SAP Business One or ERP systems
• Strong understanding of Incoterms, shipping, and logistics
