Purchase/Procurement Assistant (Female)

E-Dental Mart is looking for a Procurement/Purchase Assistant (Female, Age 30+ Married or Unmarried/Graduate) who can take charge of purchase operations with strong follow-up, forecasting, and negotiation skills. The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of ensuring smooth purchasing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily purchasing tasks with proper documentation.
• Manage cash/online transactions related to purchases responsibly.
• Conduct bargaining/negotiations to secure best pricing.
• Act as a process igniter by ensuring timely follow-ups with suppliers.
• Forecast purchase requirements based on stock movement and demand.
• Maintain purchase records and ensure vendor records, compliance.
• Coordinate with Store and Accounts teams for seamless operations.

Requirements:

• Female, age Limit 28-40 (Married or Unmarried).
• Strong communication and follow-up ability.
• Skilled in bargaining and negotiation.
• Ability to manage cash responsibly.
• Organized, proactive, and reliable.
• Prior experience in procurement/purchasing will be preferred.
