Job Title: Purchaser

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Purchaser to join our procurement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, goods, and services that meet our organization's needs while ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Source and purchase materials, goods, and services from approved suppliers
• - Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate contracts
• - Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
• - Analyze and evaluate supplier performance, quality, and costs
• - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs
• - Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers
• - Manage and maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier information

Requirements:

• - Proven experience in purchasing or procurement
• - Strong negotiation and communication skills
• - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• - Familiarity with procurement software and systems
