We are looking for an experienced and proactive Purchaser with a strong background in construction and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will manage all purchasing activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, equipment, and services while maintaining quality and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the full procurement cycle for construction and fit-out materials and services.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders and contracts.
  • Ensure materials meet project specifications and are delivered on schedule.
  • Coordinate closely with project, engineering, and finance teams.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and supplier databases.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience in construction and interior fit-out projects.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of materials, suppliers, and pricing within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
