We, Summit Labour Supply Services, is a recruitment company and we are looking to employ a competent and dedicated Timekeeper to work with one of our Electromechanical Company client.

Purchaser - CIVIL

  • At least 2 years and beyond experiences in Civil

Job Summary:
The Purchaser (Civil) is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, equipment, and services required for civil construction projects. This role ensures that all purchases meet project specifications, budget constraints, and delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate suppliers for civil and construction materials.
  • Obtain and compare quotations to ensure cost-effective procurement.
  • Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
  • Coordinate with the project, engineering, and site teams to determine material requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
  • Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
  • Negotiate terms, contracts, and timelines with vendors.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
  • Liaise with the finance department for invoice processing and payment follow-ups.
