We are hiring a Purchaser Cum Floor Supervisor to manage procurement and oversee floor operations at our grocery store. The role requires a hands-on professional with experience in grocery retail, inventory management, and team leadership to ensure efficient store operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, source, and negotiate with suppliers for grocery products to maintain quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of stock to avoid shortages.
• Supervise and guide floor staff to maintain an organized, clean, and fully-stocked sales floor.
• Implement merchandising strategies to enhance the shopping experience and boost sales.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries or complaints effectively.
• Maintain accurate purchase records and prepare periodic inventory and sales reports for management.
