Purchasing Administrator - UAE National

Role Purpose

Provide administrative support to the purchasing function by coordinating purchase orders, supplier communication, and procurement documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on quotations, order confirmations, and deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records, documentation, and systematic filing.
  • Update procurement data in ERP/system in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with internal teams and accounts for invoice and delivery coordination.
  • Track order status and follow up on pending or delayed items.
  • Support audits by providing required purchasing documents.

Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 1–3 years of purchasing/procurement support experience.
