Job Description:
The Purchasing and Logistics Manager will oversee the end-to-end procurement and supply chain process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of our products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of purchasing, inventory management, logistics coordination, and supplier relationships, preferably within the beauty or FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best terms for quality, price, and delivery.
• Manage inventory levels and forecast demand to avoid stock outs or overstocking.
• Coordinate international shipping and customs clearance for imported goods.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, maintaining strong relationships with key vendors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient supply chain processes.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Prepare regular reports on purchasing and logistics performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the beauty or FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of international trade and customs regulations in the UAE.
• Proven negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Korean or Arabic is a plus.
