Job Summary:
Supporting the Procurement Department by performing a range of tasks to supplier management, order placement, and inventory management. Responsible in maintaining accurate record and invoices of all procurement related activities.
Responsibilities and Obligations:
Main Duties:
Qualifications:
1. Previous Purchasing Assistant experience required;
2. Knowledge of market research;
3. Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications and relevant computer applications;
4. University/College degree in a related discipline an asset;
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills;
6. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities;
7. Highly responsible & reliable;
8. Ability to work cohesively as part of a team;
9. Ability to focus, remaining calm and courteous at all times
