Procurement Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Engineer with a strong background in construction procurement and contract administration. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of construction contracts, including subcontract agreements, commercial terms, and FIDIC-based contracts, and proven experience working with construction companies.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical)
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in procurement within construction companies
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, including FIDIC, subcontract agreements, terms & conditions
• Experience in bid evaluation (technical & commercial)
• Ability to prepare, review, and administer purchase orders and subcontracts
• Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and subcontractors
• Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and services
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
