We are looking for a Purchasing Assistant to join our team and help us manage the purchasing process. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and selecting suppliers, negotiating prices, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as an eye for detail and the ability to work independently. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the purchasing field.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and evaluate potential vendors.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records of all purchases and invoices.
  • Assist in the development of purchasing policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Ensure that all purchases are in compliance with company policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
