Purchasing Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Manager to manage and optimize the procurement of materials, products, and services required for business operations. The candidate will be responsible for vendor management, cost control, inventory planning, and ensuring timely availability of quality materials while adhering to company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee all purchasing activities of the organization
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain best price, quality, and delivery terms
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and manufacturers
• Ensure timely procurement to avoid stock-outs or production delays
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores, production, and finance teams
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure compliance with internal approval processes
• Track market trends, price fluctuations, and alternative sourcing options
• Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, GST compliance, and company policies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,482.05 - ₹55,177.31 per month
