Purchasing Manager – IT Hardware (Operations)

We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Manager – IT Hardware to manage procurement and operational purchasing activities. This role requires hands-on experience with IT hardware sourcing, supplier management and international shipping processes.

Key Responsibilities
Procure servers, storage, and networking hardware (Dell, HP, Cisco, Lenovo, etc.)
Manage daily purchasing activities from B2B platforms
Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with suppliers
Handle FedEx labeling and shipment documentation
Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams on inventory flow
Track stock levels, issue purchase orders, and monitor deliveries
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
Analyze pricing trends and supplier performance
Ensure compliance with internal procurement processes

Requirements
Minimum 2+ years' experience in IT hardware purchasing/operations
Strong knowledge of servers, storage, networking equipment & components
Understanding of FedEx & international shipping procedures
Excellent communication, negotiation & organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred
