Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Purchasing Officer for MEP with strong knowledge of the KSA market to join our growing team.
The Purchasing Officer will be responsible for managing the company’s procurement activities, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, and maintaining strong relationships.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in procurement/purchasing.
• Strong knowledge of local suppliers and market in Saudi Arabia
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Applicant Responsibilites:

• Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers in the KSA market
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with vendors
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with departments to ensure timely supply
• Track orders and ensure on-time delivery of materials
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procurement procedures
• Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From ﷼5,000.00 per month
