We are currently hiring for a Purchasing Officer to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced professional who can manage procurement operations and ensure timely purchasing of company requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
- Previous experience in Purchasing / Procurement role
- Experience in F&B / Hospitality Industry is highly preferred
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Knowledgeable in sourcing, purchasing processes, and inventory coordination
- Ability to monitor cost control and manage purchasing budgets
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Source suppliers and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
- Process purchase requests and ensure timely procurement of materials
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders and deliveries
- Monitor inventory levels and purchasing requirements
- Compare quotations and ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions
- Maintain purchasing records, invoices, and supplier database
- Ensure quality standards of purchased products and materials
