We are currently hiring for a Purchasing Officer to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced professional who can manage procurement operations and ensure timely purchasing of company requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
  • Previous experience in Purchasing / Procurement role
  • Experience in F&B / Hospitality Industry is highly preferred
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
  • Knowledgeable in sourcing, purchasing processes, and inventory coordination
  • Ability to monitor cost control and manage purchasing budgets
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source suppliers and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
  • Process purchase requests and ensure timely procurement of materials
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders and deliveries
  • Monitor inventory levels and purchasing requirements
  • Compare quotations and ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions
  • Maintain purchasing records, invoices, and supplier database
  • Ensure quality standards of purchased products and materials
