Purchasing & Procurement Coordinator

We are a leading Display Solution, Signage, Exhibition and Graphics production company Located in Dubai Production City.

We are currently seeking proactive, dynamic candidates to join our expanding team in the role of Purchasing & Procurement Coordinator.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source suppliers for materials and supplies required for projects.
  • Obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness to prepare purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of materials to meet project timelines.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
  • Coordinate with production team to ensure efficient storage and distribution of inventory.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
  • Provide regular updates to management on procurement activities and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ensur compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and internal teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
  • Research potential suppliers locally and internationally.
  • Identify the lowest cost options for products and materials.
  • Evaluate vendor offers and negotiated better prices.
  • Responsible for material planning, and cost saving analysis
  • Liaise with stockroom staff to ensure all orders arrive in good condition
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers
  • Resolve any supply chain or delivery issues promptly

Qualifications:

  • Experience in purchasing / procuring materials for Fit-out, Joinery , Exhibition stand manufacturing, Advertising, Signages or equivalent industry is preferred.
  • Diploma/Degree in business administration or equivalent
  • Strong Negotiation, Communication and Sourcing skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong Knowledge of raw materials used in industry
  • Proficient in MS Office specifically in MS Excel.
  • Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attentive to every detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Advertising, Printing, Signages, Interior Fit-Out Industry: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving License (Preferred)
