Purchasing Specialist (Spare Parts&E-Purchasing)

We are looking for Purchasing Specialist (Spare Parts&E-Purchasing) to join our Purchasing Team at Çimsa Çimento Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of work experience in any field
• Strong analytical, reasoning and reporting skills with a questioning approach to business processes
• Advanced planning, coordination and time management skills,
• Able to use Excel effectively and demonstrate strong data analysis skills,
• Proficient in English,
• Holder of a Class B driver's license,
• Residing in İstanbul, Mersin, Eskişehir or Afyon

As Purchasing Specialist (Spare Parts&E-Purchasing) at Çimsa, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting market research for procurement requests of consumables
• Following up procurement requests and managing the request-to-order process
• Gathering quotations and monitoring the approval process
• Placing orders for the required resources and following up the delivery process
• Monitoring market developments and reporting current market insights
• Managing smart procurement platforms and supporting digital procurement tools
• Monitoring supplier performance and supporting supplier performance management processes
• Supporting cost optimization initiatives within the purchasing process
• Conducting regular supplier meetings and maintaining supplier relationships
