Perform local and furnace PWHT on piping, pressure vessels, and structural components.

Set up heaters, ceramic pads, thermocouple attachments, insulation, and control units.

Monitor heating, soak time, ramp rates, and controlled cooling in accordance with procedures.

Operate PWHT control panels, temperature recorders, and transformers.

Interpret isometric drawings, heat treatment procedures, and client specifications.

Maintain accurate heat charts and ensure calibration certificates are up to date.

Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure reliability and safety.

Follow all company HSE standards and permit-to-work systems.

Coordinate with welders, NDT teams, supervisors, and clients during operations.
2–5 years’ experience performing PWHT in the NDT, fabrication, or oil & gas industry.
Hands-on experience with resistance heating systems, furnaces, and temperature control units.
Technical certificate or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field (preferred).
PWHT training or certification from a recognized institution (advantageous).
