About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Python Backend Engineer – AI/ML to play a key role in bridging the gap between data science and production-ready software. In this role, you’ll architect and develop backend systems that power our AI-driven products—building robust APIs, integrating machine learning models, and ensuring scalable, high-performance data workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python.
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
• Build and expose APIs to serve AI/ML model predictions in real-time or batch processes.
• Optimize performance of data pipelines and model inference services.
• Implement unit and integration tests for ML-related services.
• Participate in architecture discussions for AI-based features and backend systems.
• Maintain code quality through reviews, documentation, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of professional experience in Python development.
• Strong experience with Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Hands-on experience with integrating or deploying machine learning models.
• Familiarity with popular ML libraries and tools (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), especially AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI).
• Knowledge of MLOps principles, tools (MLflow, DVC, Kubeflow), and model lifecycle management.
• Experience building or maintaining real-time data pipelines (Kafka, Spark, Airflow).
• Understanding of model monitoring, logging, and A/B testing in production.
• Familiarity with AI ethics, model explainability, and responsible AI practices.
• Exposure to data annotation, preprocessing, and feature engineering workflows.

Timings: 12 PM - 9 PM

Pay: From Rs250,000.00 per month
