QA Manager

We are hiring Quality Manager who responsible for overseeing and managing the Quality Assurance functions across all branches in U.A.E. This role involves implementing and maintaining comprehensive Food Safety & Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry’s best practices.

Required Qualifications:

* Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control roles within the food industry, preferably in a flour mill or related processing facility.

* Proven experience in managing quality functions across multiple locations.

* Educational Qualification/Certification:- Master’s degree in food science or food technology, or any related field.

* Certifications in Good Hygiene Practice, HACCP, and other relevant quality standards.

* Additional Certifications:

HALAL, HACCP, ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, Internal Auditor, BRC Issue 8 Global Standards, FSSC 22000

Other relevant QA and Food Safety certifications

Skills:

➢Strong leadership and team management skills.

➢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

➢ Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

➢ Proficiency in quality management software and tools.

➢ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
