Timings: Morning (Monday to Saturday)

Location: Cantt Lahore

Role and Responsibilities:

The Quality Control professional will be expected to undertake the following responsibilities:

● Work closely with manufacturers:

○ Work on execution and maintenance of quality control across all product

categories of the company’s production

○ Oversee sample construction for new developments, deliver high quality samples

with minimal cost and quick turnaround time

○ Oversee orders from inception to completion ensuring the quality expectations

are met in a timely manner

○ Conduct field visits to all manufacturing facilities to make sure product

development is in line with expectations of quality, time and cost

○ Manage all product quality requirements with respect to company standards

○ Communicate with factories/operators on each step in the manufacturing process

to proactively achieve high quality standards and avoid damages or wastages

● Oversee production of client orders:

○ Be on ground at the manufacturing facility to ensure quality requirements are met

at every stage of production

○ Manage the company’s QC team and make sure each product is delivered in line

with expectations at each stage of the manufacturing process

○ Be responsible for the documentation, recording and reporting of all required

quality controls for each order

○ Conduct in-depth reporting of errors, troubleshooting of issues and reporting of

results/corrections

○ Make sure each order is executed in a timely manner without any compromise on

the quality of the products

○ Ensure that the exact required quantity of units in each order are fulfilled in a

timely manner, without excessive wastage

○ Make sure that upon completion, each order is presented in an impressive and

pristine manner

○ Make sure each outgoing unit/product is up to the quality standards of the

company and per the client’s expectations

● Work closely with other teams in the company:

○ Make sure each client inquiry is studied before execution to avoid any confusion

or discrepancy in execution

○ Provide guidance on fabrics, materials and fit based on customer needs

○ Work closely with the management and procurement teams to ensure highest

level and quality of output for the company

The Quality Control professional is expected to have the following skills / experience:

● 7+ years of experience working for a manufacturing setup or export setup in the textile industry where they were directly responsible in the production and quality control process

● Thorough knowledge of quality parameters and problem solving skills in quality issues across garment manufacturing

● Deep understanding of fabrics, trims, design elements, and stitching techniques and silhouettes

● Have deep knowledge of international quality standards and requirements in the industry

● Responsible individual, must have the ability to meet and maintain the company’s quality parameters with ownership to their role and responsibility

● Ability to comprehend customer tech packs and garment manufacturing requirements

● Motivated, team player who is able to communicate well and has good work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
