SQA Engineer

Job Timing: Night Sift -- 9pm to 6am PKT On-site

Position Overview
We’re looking for a talented Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to join our dynamic QA team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating, executing, and maintaining both automated and exploratory tests to ensure the quality and performance of our products. You’ll take part in planning, estimation, testing, and reporting processes, ensuring all defects are accurately identified, tracked, and resolved.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and automated scripts.
• Conduct exploratory testing to detect and resolve issues early.
• Record and manage defects using established tracking tools.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver quality releases.
• Follow QA best practices and maintain testing documentation.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC methodologies.
• Hands-on experience testing websites and applications is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
• Fast learner with adaptability and a proactive mindset.
