QA & Testing Analyst

Job responsibilities:

Test Planning and Design

Design, develop, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and enterprise applications

Define test strategies and ensure alignment with project goals and business requirements
Ensure complete test coverage across digital, Oracle/SAP, and Salesforce systems

Test Execution

Execute functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing across digital, Oracle, and Salesforce platforms

Validate data integrity between front-end digital applications and back-end systems (eg, Oracle/SAP ERP and Salesforce CRM)
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Appium, TestNG, Katalon, and Playwright
Track, log, and prioritize defects and test results using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar

• Participate in release management and deployment validation activities
  

Collaboration and Communication

Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and product managers/owners to understand requirements and ensure testability

Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives and provide QA updates
Support cross-functional teams in defect triage, root cause analysis, and release readiness
Communicate testing progress, risks, and quality metrics effectively to stakeholders

Process Improvement

• Identify gaps in existing testing processes and recommend improvements

Contribute to test automation framework and promote best practices in automated testing
Support continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) initiatives by integrating automated tests into pipelines

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and testing
  

Quality Assurance

Ensure compliance with testing standards, documentation, and organizational QA policies

Maintain high-quality deliverables through peer reviews of test cases, scripts, and results
Drive a culture of quality ownership within the project and across teams

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by assisting end-users in validating delivered systems
  

Educational Qualification

· Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in computers science

• Professional certifications in QA and Software Testing
  

Work Experience

Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality assurance and testing

Competencies

Attention to Detail: Ability to notice discrepancies and ensure that testing covers all aspects of the product

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum Methodology
Testing Methodologies: Proficiency in various testing types (manual, automated, regression, performance, etc) and understanding when to apply them
Automation Skills: Handson experience with automated testing tools (eg, Selenium, Junit, Katalon) and scripting languages (eg, Python, Java, Javascript)
Experience with API Testing (eg
• , Postman, RestAssured)
Experience in performance testing (JMeter, Blazemeter)
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
Problem-solving skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent analytical skills
Fair conduct of English, Arabic is a plus
Positive attitude – always on the look for solving problems and helping others
