QA/QC Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Engineer to ensure that all interior fit-out and civil works meet project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for implementing quality assurance and quality control procedures across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Project Quality Plan and Inspection & Test Plans.
• Conduct inspections for civil and interior works including:
• Gypsum partitions & ceilings
• Joinery works
• Marble & tile installation
• Painting & finishing works
• MEP coordination
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and project specifications.
• Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to approved drawings and method statements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Consultants for inspections and approvals.
• Prepare and submit:
• Material submittals
• Method statements
• MIR (Material Inspection Requests)
• WIR (Work Inspection Requests)
• Conduct internal audits and quality inspections.
• Identify non-conformities (NCR) and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and project quality records.
• Liaise with consultants and clients for final handover inspections.
• Ensure all works comply with contract requirements and UAE standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in QA/QC within interior fit-out and civil works.
• Strong knowledge of:
• UAE construction standards
• Dubai Municipality regulations
• Civil Defense requirements
• Experience handling documentation and approvals in Dubai.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• UAE Driving License (preferred).

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
